McFishwich

The "healthy" alternative to a "burger" or chicken clumps; a sandwich comprised of some sort of a fried fishy patty on a bun with an enormous dollop of mayo-AYO, available at McDonald's.

I don't feel so good...I shouldn't have ordered that McFishwich for lunch!

PT

A nickname for a large girl. The term properly refers to a woman whose under arms are so fat that they create a roll over the bra strap when viewing the female from behind. These rolls look like wings. PT is short for Playtex with wings.
