a slang term for a cigarette. sometimes spiked with some marijuana or another drug that u roll.

"hey man you wanna go behind the shack and pack a dart?"
"hey bra you got a dart?"
"hey man i just packed one mighty dart!"
"i challenge u to a dart packing contest bra!"
