When a group of women, most commonly in an office environment, become synchronized within their menstrual cycles.

'Hey, Paul, don't go into the accounts department for a few days unless you're wearing a World War II gas mask and a hazmat suit. The ladies some serious mid-summer stinkronicity going on over there.'
