Fortner Gang Over Everything. Established in 1993, many people consider the Fortner Gang to be one of the most prevalent and bloodthirsty gangs in all of Kentucky. Similar to TGOE("Taylor Gang Over Everything" except they copied Fortner Gang)

One dude "Bro you gonna join the bloods?"
Other dude "No way man, I'm in the Fortner Gang! And you know the deal, FGOE"
