Fish Lips 

A common physical disorder present in adult women in which a she has a foul odor emanating from her vagina. This odor strongly resembles the odor prevalent in local meat markets and fisheries but amplified to an even more uncomfortable level. Fish lips may also be referred to as fish pussy, fishermans delight or the Krystal special.

Damn man, Krystal sure has a bad case of fish lips. I bent over to tie my shoes and that cloud bitch slapped me in the face! I dont know if it was the liquor or what but i threw up immediately.
