A term that describes somebody that is a self-proclaimed fan of Miley Cyrus or anybody in the Cyrus family. Commonly confused with the term "fagger",(a "fag nigger" or gay black man) Nigggot is spelt with three "g"'s to ad to it's offensiveness. This word was created by TJ, also known as TheAmazingAtheist on youtube.
