Costarican slang. pronounced: to-wah-nees. Used to describe something cool. Synonymous with pura vida. Possibly derivative of english phrase "TOO NICE", from Costa Ricas' Gulf coast Jamaican descended population in Limon.

That movie was awesome (or too nice).
