Similar to the "Old Fashioned Thumb Around" (going up to someone with open arms as if to give a hug but then quickly inserting your dominant thumb inside their asshole after you wrap your arms around them), but instead using both thumbs.

Old fashioned thumb around 

It's when someone comes up in front of you and proceeds to give you a hug, but then reaches around and pulls (or rather inserts) a fast one by inserting their thumb into your asshole.

I gave Mary the old fashioned thumb around at Walmart the other night. You should have seen her face!
