1. When you have nothing to do, and want something to break up the monotony.

2. When you have no plans and are looking for a last resort to salvage the night.

Kid 1: Yo dude, is there anything going on tonight... I am TOO FREE!!!

Kid 2:No man, we live in suburbia, there is never anything to do.
