when someone pisses you off so bad that you just want to stick your foot up their ass, hence you want to converse them.

Stacy: Ugh, he just makes me so mad!
Caitlin: He's just lucky you don't have your converse on!
Stacy: Yeah, I would totally converse him in a heartbeat!
