The onomatopoeia for stuffing something whole inside your mouth.

At a really good restaurant, two people are sitting at a table, and they just got their food.
"Hey, you want so-"
HOMF
"...I was going to ask if you wanted some, but it seems you've already made up your mind."
Nodding while chewing (indecent to talk with your mouth full)

The kid went and homfed the entire leg of chicken, somehow not choking on it.

An extremely silly or devious mood.

"You feelin' eefy?"
"Heck yeah, I'm feeling eefy! LET'S GO BURN SOME STUFF-"

The bartender wanted to be eefy today, so...
AH! NO! NO EEFY TODAY, STOPPIT.
