Verb; when someone is tripping about money. Like saying you don't have money to lend, when you do and your friend has seen it. Or you said you'll help with money and you end up not doing so.

"Yo, Papo said he'll help with the guap"
"Man, Fuck Papo, that nigga be sputting"
