Always used in the past tense, strahled (pronounced "strawled") is the act of having a negative prediction come to pass, especially with regards to meterological phenomena vis a vis the likelihood of rain. Curiously, the act of getting strahled produces a mixture of disappointment and pleasure, as the sadness of not getting any rain is offset by the smug pleasure of having correctly predicted that there would be no rain.
"Poet's Corner got strahled again, and my roses are wilting."
