A diatribe about a diatribe. When a person makes a bitter or strong attack or argument about someone having an argument. Not to be mistaken with participating within the argument; the metatribe is complaining about the existence of an argument at all.
Argument A: "PC is better."

Argument B: "Mac is better."

Metatribe: "This entire discussion is stupid, and here's an entire book on why I think talking about this is terrible. My bias might show through the argument, but I'm so sick of seeing the argument that I'm going to tell you for a year."
