The act of throwing a substance into and around a toilet. A splooge is best when using chocolate milk and throwing in an upwards direction, trying to get it up the wall and onto the floor to acheive maximum splooge results. Splooge can be stored in "The brewery" which is any plant or bush in direct sunlight and out of harms way. To make your splooge more tasty, adding half eaten ham sandwiches and rotten banana pills ensure your splooge can't be missed when entering a bathroom through its glaring image and beautiful arouma. Best performed at school or in at your girlfriends house on a meet the parents date.
Jason and Anthony J just bought some more chocolate milk from the canteen. I think they are going to splooge the toielts again.
