When you had to tell your parent about something you really don't want them to know such as that you are gay or that you got someone pregnant, but you say it in such a way that your parents are cool with it.

Sam: Dude I got my girlfriend pregnant
Jack: Did you tell your parents
Sam: Ya
Jack: Holy shit did they ground you for life?
Sam: Nah I teguonoed out of it
Jack: Nice

When you have to tell your parent something you really don't want to like your gay or you got someone pregnant, so you say it in such a way that they don't get mad at you. That is known as teguonoing something

Sam: Hey dude I got my girlfriend pregnant

Jack: Really! Did you tell your parents?
Sam: Ya
Jack: Did they ground you for life and then disown you?
Sam: Nope I teguonoed my way out of it
Jack: Nice
