When someone you make plans with in person ignores your messages regarding the plans, seening and seemingly staying offline to avoid answering you, particularly on the eve of the planned event.

Jim: "It's 1.30 why aren't you with Kate? didn't you guys make plans to hang at 12?"
Bob:" Yeah, but she didn't show up and she isn't responding to her messages."

Jim: "What a bitch, she's totally Pulling a Madison"
