1. Being in the process of doing a drug deal, or just being in the drug dealing business.
2. A state of being completely stoned or OD (overdosed for you dumbasses).

Joe (on the phone)- "hey dude, you wanna hang out later?"
Bob- "One minute man, I'm in the pipes."
