A miserable woman, usually a middle-age man-hater, who likes to make others as miserable as her.

I volunteered at a film festival and a karen showed up demanding to know why we did not have any programs on the table. When I explained we’re not open yet, she then complained that my shirt needs ironing. I thought to myself, “what a karen.”
