Horizontal pinned

When someone is hair pinned and wear it as horizontal as possible to represent they are holding weed but not willing to sell it, but usually know a guy who does.

That guy in the blue Bennie is horizontal pinned, so he must know someone to be able to hook us up.

Hair pinned

When someone wears a hair pin on there hat to represent that they smoke marijuana. Hair pins are often used to clean pieces and help roll.

That kid in the red hat is hair pinned.

Verticle pinned

When someone is hair pinned and has it as verticle as possible to represent they have weed and willing to be a vender to sell some for the right price. May or may not be a dealer, but usually knows other hook ups. Generally down to smoke you out as well.
