1) a verb: to make extinct; specifically active, intentional participation in an activity resulting in extinction
2) a threat: "Don't make me extinctualize your ass"
3) also extinctify, extincified; the more passive current and past tenses, respectively

I am going to extinctualize those rats.

Men, we will extinctify the enemy before they extincify us.
