A schedule of the people you're going to be snuggling with. Most of the time written in calendar form so as not to double book two people the same day.

Jessica: Hey Nick, I want to come fall asleep in your arms.

Nick: My Snuggle Book is full until next Thursday, want me to pencil you in?
