Any woman who has amazing long beautiful hair that causes men to bite their lip at first sight of ,and other women wish they had. Then one day for no good reason known to mankind , decides to chop it all off into a frumpy bowl style haircut.

omg ! Yesterday she had such long beautiful hair, and now a bowl cut? ...what a Chopper!
