A skin in Bear* that was obtainable in the Halloween 2020 event. It appears to be glitchy and purple-blue-ish, with a big smile going around its face. You would have to complete all puzzles in the map Yikes without the timer running out, so you could go to the small grave house thingy and teleport to the boss area.
