Horowitzing
(v) to cut off a member of your walking party (gang), it is preformed with a slow drift to the left or right in front of the adjacent walker. after cutting in front of the receipient the horowitzer is to slow down making walking for the receipient impossible. Usually preformed by jewish boys around the age of 16.
