When somebody is talking loudly or spitting lyrics about niggas and bitches or killing when in an inappropriate place like a family retaurant, store or elevator.

I was on the bus and this chick was screaming at her man on the phone about being an ain't shit nigga banging all the bitches on the block niggblivious to everyone around her.
