A small Jelly like braclet that was a fad in the 80's. untill about 4 years ago they were out of style and harmless now a days us kids get punished for wearing them because some skank made up some sexual shit for them to keep all her STD filled guys in order! Then she was stupid enough to tell an adult and the adult told the news crews and they made this whole big deal that we are all haveing sex because of them.
