A combination of a t-shirt and a jersey. Usually a t-shirt a sports franchise sells, with the name and number of a key player of that team on the back.

Steven: I need something to wear to the Sox game next Friday, but jerseys are so expensive and non-applicable to everyday life!
Zach: Just buy a shirtsey, it's cheaper.
Steven: Oh, duh. Which player should I get?
Zach: Dustin Pedroia. Always Dustin Pedroia.
