A person, who once a month under a full moon turns into a retarded person. This condtion is usually transmitted from being bitten or scratched by a retard.

"I was walking my dog last night, and we were attacked by Weretards."

"That retarded kid, Jim, bit me yesterday. I better go to the doctor and check to make sure i'm not weretarded."
