When you shave your pubes and put them in a plastic baggy. Then you would sneak into someones room. and unzip the plastic baggy and put the pubes all over the face or the persons mouth while they are sleeping. try not to choke them.

He likes to Shave and Bag his sister when she is passed out in her room.
