Its like having "the gay", a disease that sounds fictional but really isn't, very serious with sudden death being recurring at stage 3. Disease can be passed upon verbal contact with carrier.

Person one:Hey ive been diagnosed with ligma, stage two.
Non infected person: stay away from me pls I dont want ligma.
