Texad

Something that is screwed up beyond all reasonable doubt of being fixed. Something that is not usable by anyone or in any fashion a tool. FUBARD is the best synonym for Texad because it is implied that no matter how much it may appear to work it never will.

I just dropped my phone in the toilet, I bet it is Texad now.
