base job

A handjob performed in a manner in which the giver stays at the base of the receiver's weiner. Usually executed by amateurs in the handjob department, feels about as good as an OTPHJ.

"Bro, you catch a BJ from that chick?"
"Nah man, chick gave me a base job for an hour and a half."
"That sucks bro".
