When a heavy rainstorm and strong winds collide, please NEVER use a umbrella in this weather, it never helps. The wind causes a strong gust of water in the area.

"Drop that umbrella right now! It's a rainado out there, so if you leave you better get a rain coat, but I recommend you stay inside."
