A catch all racial slur that is used when you want to insult someone's nationality, but you have no idea which poor, stinky, corrupt, open sewer of a country they actually come from.

I hung a sign out front that says "no niggers or wetbacks allowed", but now there's all kinds of nips, dinks, sand niggers, and jungle gooks coming in here, so I decided to hang a new sing that says, " no yits either".

Derrived from the names of celestial objects like pulsar, (a massive generator of x-rays), and magnetar, (a massive generator of magnetic fields), the fucktar is a person who is a living, breathing generator of stupidity and general jackasserey. Like his celestial cousins, the fucktar generates stupidity on a scale so massive it boggles the mind and can be detected millions of lightyears away.
