Doitz is a form of onomatopoeia usually used to describe the sound made when somebody is physically assaulted, however the term can also be used as an expression of approval or excitement.

Julian: Dude i just got a sick new car
Josh: DOITZ!

Julian: (punches Josh on arm) Doitz!
Josh: Lol
