Briff Neh

Slang exclamation of disbelief resulting from a call to my sister's house where we couldn't hear a single word on the answering machine except this phrase.

First guy: That guy just flashed a gang sign at our car!
Second Guy: Briff neh!
First guy again: No, its true!
