When you date and break up with the same person so much that it becomes a routine.

Justus: "Are Brian and Katie really back together AGAIN?"
Aaron: "Yep. They've dated to ex-cess already. Watch, they'll have a fight within the next few weeks, they'll break up, and Katie'll be running back to Brian a few hours later."
