Shisha-shaming is when you negatively comment on their smoking behaviour, for example the in which they smoke frequiency.
Person 1: Did you see mark? He smokes way too much shisha
Person 2: Wow dude if he enjoys hit then let him be. No need to be shisha-shaming him.
