A Geshay is someone who wants to become a eshay but is simply to innocent and pussy to become one, a Geshay typically uses hand expressions while speaking and will be all talk. Geshays commonly wear eshay Clothing like Tn's, 97's, Vapormaxs and designer brand. But these people are simply putting on the act as they are actually Geshays and won't do shit.
