Someone that pretends not to know about how they cheated on their significant other. This is the dumb strategy of when your bf/gf confronts you for cheating.

Guy: Bill told me that he saw you cheating on me!

Girl: What the fuck? I don't even know what you're talking about!

Guy: Bill saw you. Are you dumb or biholar?
