The Sanner 

The act of unleashing a 50 caliber (extremely large) size ejaculation on a womans chest, neck or face. Usually large enough and with such force that a splashing effect will occur and the sheets will need washing.

"Yo dawg I brought this dime piece back from the bar last night and of course had to unleash "The Sanner" on her. My sheets are on their second wash man!"
