Tard Seat 

The first two passenger seats on any bus, or all seats on a short bus. One must claim the right to sit in a tard seat vocally upon embarking upon the vehicle.

"Damn, that kid with the goggles took our tard seat!"
or
(Before sitting in desired tard seat) "Tard Seat!"
