Bubbarexia 

When you have gained some weight over the years but are in denial and therefore do not wear clothes to fit your new size. Anorexics look in the mirror and see fat. Bubbarexics look in the mirror and see skinny.

Lisa: "Did you see Michele at the reunion? She dresses like she's still in high school even though she's no longer a size 4."
Jackie: "I heard she suffers from bubbarexia."
