Gwtp is a very unknown acronym, it means "Get with the program".
As in, when somebody is not paying attention you would say, "get with the program."

Person1: Hey, whats an xbox 360?
Person2: Oh my god, gwtp!
Person1: Oh, im sorry i didnt know.
Person2: Its kay.
