Mythical taxi driver from the Leeds (England) area famed for his competitively priced taxi service (£5 per trip, all destinations) and his unwillingness to remove (intimate) bodily fluids from taxi upholstery.

It is believed that his pricing and upholstery problems are directly related.

Spunky Duncan will take you anywhere for a fiver but you better be careful where you sit.
