When you have sacrificed your own financial and physical well-being to the oil companies by driving everywhere rather than walking, biking, using transit, or at least driving an electric vehicle if you truly have no other option than using a car.

Person 1: "Mike could save a lot of money and time by taking the train to work, but he insists on driving."
Person 2: "Yeah, he's been totally gascucked."
