When the magnetic stripe on your ATM, Credit, or other card fails to work. Meanwhile the cashier is getting tired of running your card, and the people in line behind you are getting tired of waiting on you and your "Maybe I have money card."
After the 5th attempt of running the Bascard, Scott left the store dejected and without the clothes he was going to get. Looking like a broke-ass to the hot chick in line behind him.
