Pilcher

A "Pilcher" is an archaic (very old) going back to 1600's in England to describe someone who is a worthless or insignificant person. The word is starting to come back into common use and can also describe someone who indirectly steal from their employer but not working...hiding out and sleeping, etc.
You got to keep your eye on Andy, he is one mean Pilcher.
