The act of yelling while having a completely normal conversation that doesn't devolve into fighting.

A positive combination of yelling and talking.

Rachel: YOU SAID YOU WERE GONNA MAKE DINNER TONIGHT!

Lily: I HAD TO FINISH SOMETHING FOR WORK BUT I BOUGHT CHINESE FOOD.

Rachel: WELL, GOOD. WHY ARE WE STILL YELLING THEN?

Lily: WE ARE NOT YELLING WE ARE YELKING!
